Please stay in your vehicle and text/call the salon 931-542-1312 when you arrive and I will let you know when I am prepared for you to come inside. Our space does not have a waiting area. This means only those with scheduled reservations may enter the salon. Out of respect for all guests and in our efforts to provide a relaxing, professional and safe environment, I am not able to accommodate children accompanying any reservations.
Only those with scheduled reservations are allowed inside the salon. Luster Salon has a fully vaccinated staff and will continue to follow guidance from the CDC.
All reservations are required to be confirmed through our automated system. 3 days before your reservation, you will receive a text or email to confirm. Click the hyperlink and follow the prompt to confirm, reschedule or cancel. If you do not confirm by day 2, your reservation is removed and that time will be offered to someone on my wait list.
Any adjustment to your reservation needs to be made 2 days in advance. If you don't give proper notice or don't arrive for a confirmed reservation, future reservations may require online booking or not be available at all. If you do not arrive for your confirmed reservation, your card on file will be charged for the cost of services reserved. If a confirmed reservation is changed, moved or canceled with less than 24hr notice, a fee may be required.
A valid card on file is required to make a reservation. All card information is secure and not saved on site. Pre-paid deposits may be required for appointments exceeding 3 hours. Deposits are non-refundable and applied to your service total. If you provide less than 2 days notice, your deposit is forfeited.
I want you to be happy! If you are not, please contact me within 7 days of your original reservation to discuss follow up options. Hair color services can only be 100% guaranteed if the recommended products are purchased.
Because our salon space is small and intimate, please refrain from phone use without using headphones/earpods. Please be kind and courteous when using your phone to watch videos, engage in social media, have phone conversations, etc. Loud volume may impact other guests in the salon.
