Once you arrive text me at 833-205-5532 to check, I will let you know when I am prepared for you to come inside. Our space does not have a waiting area. This means only those with scheduled reservations may enter the salon. In our efforts to provide a relaxing, professional and safe environment, I am not able to accommodate children accompanying any reservations.
All reservations are required to be confirmed through my automated system. 3 days before your reservation, you will receive a text or email. Click the hyperlink and follow the prompt to confirm, reschedule or cancel. If you do not confirm by day 2, your reservation is removed and that time will be offered to someone on my wait list. If you confirm but don't arrive, you will be charged for the full cost of services.
Any adjustment to your reservation needs to be made 2 days in advance. If you don't give proper notice or don't arrive for a confirmed reservation, future reservations may not be available. If you do not arrive for your confirmed reservation, your card on file will be charged for the cost of services reserved. If a confirmed reservation is changed, moved or canceled with less than 24hr notice, a fee may be required.
A valid card on file is required to make any reservation. All card information is secure and not saved on site. A deposit may be required for appointments exceeding 3 hours. Deposits are non-refundable and applied to your service total. If you provide less than 2 days notice, your deposit is forfeited.
I want you to be happy! If you are not, please contact me within 7 days of your original reservation to discuss follow up options. Hair color services can only be guaranteed if the recommended products are purchased.
Because our salon space is small and intimate, please refrain from phone use without headphones/earbuds. Please be kind and courteous when using your phone to watch videos, engage in social media, have phone conversations, etc. Loud volume may impact other guests in the salon.
